Date Caramel Sauce
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup coconut milk (or any unsweetened plant-based milk)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt
DIRECTIONS
Soak the dates for 15-20 minutes in hot water. Drain well. Add dates, milk, vanilla extract in blender. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides of blender if need during process.
Serve as a dip with your favorite fruit. Use in oatmeal. Deliciously sweet and all natural!

2 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 cans pears in juice
Pinch sea salt

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend on high until mixture is smooth and creamy. Add to your favorite smoothie, oatmeal, or smother on your favorite fresh fruit!
