Behold I am doing a New thing. Now it springs forth."
Isaiah 43:19

I am so thankful today! I awakened already feeling the physical benefits of the fast. My eyes, hands, feet, not swollen with inflammation, and I have awakened with more energy than in the recent past. God, you blessed me with your powerful presence during my prayer time yesterday! I love that our daily Bible reading in flowing so beautifully with the fast and daily scripture study. The book of Joshua is all about new beginnings and trusting God to lead us into our promised land. God. you are knitting together a beautiful story in this 21 day fast and I am so grateful. Today, I believe you are doing something new! And it's starting NOW!

I hope you get the chance to look around you today and see that God is doing something new in your journey too! And Yes, it's starting NOW!
