Come Expecting

"Therefore the Lord will wait, that He may be gracious to you; and therefore He will be exalted, that He may have mercy on you.  For the Lord is a God of justice; blessed are all those who wait for Him."
Isaiah 30:18

Each and every day, I am learning more and more to expect great things from God.  Just recently I even read that when we find ourselves excessively worrying, or consumed by negative thoughts and fears, we are expecting negative things in our lives, and essentially expecting our results from Satan!  I don't know about you, but I want NOTHING in my life to come from Satan.  It makes sense though.  Nowhere in the Bible does it speak of negative things resulting from God.  The opposite is quite the truth.  The Bible says, "God is light, in Him there is no darkness at all."  It also says that, "ALL  good things come down from the Father..."  Sweet friend, can I encourage you today, to expect something great in your wellness journey?  Don't enter your day, worried if you'll be able to stick to your plan.  Or fearful about getting your water in, or dreading your journal.  God longs to see you have victory.  He longs to be gracious to you, and show you loving-kindness.  Your part is simply to Come Expecting!

Let's Pray.
Dear God,
I am entering this day expecting You to do the supernatural in my weight loss journey.  God, Your Word tells me that You are waiting to be gracious to me today.  I willingly accept your loving-kindness, and look forward to the multitude of ways You will bless me.  I will never fail to give You all the glory, honor, and praise You so richly deserve!
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ I pray,

Come Expecting!
How can you enter into your day, expecting great things?  Here are a few ideas:

1.  Come expecting to stay within your calorie range
Expect that each meal will be balanced and in range.  Doesn't that sound so good?

2.  Come expecting to drink all your water
A refreshing day filled with drinking your water.  Improving your hair, skin, nails, and cleansing your body of unwanted toxins.  That sounds fabulous!

3.  Come expecting to make healthier choices today more than yesterday
A colourful plate, filled with vitamins and nutrients.  Doesn't that make you feel so proud!  You can expect that!

4.  Come expecting to feel great at the end of the day!
Expect greatness and you will find greatness!  

COME EXPECTING today!  God has an abundance of blessings He is waiting to pour out on your WELLNESS journey!
