Cookie Dough Dates
INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp. Coconut oil (melted)
1/4 C. pure maple syrup
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla extract
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/3 C mini dark chocolate chips
12 (or more) Dates, pitted
DIRECTIONS
1. Slice date in half, lengthwise, and remove pits.
2. In medium bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
3. Add oat flour, salt. Combine to form cookie dough like texture.
4. Using hands, or small spoon, scoop mixture and stuff into each date. (Approx 1Tsp per date.)
