Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough
INGREDIENTS
4 Cups Cottage Cheese
2 TBSP Maple Syrup
4 Tsp. Vanilla extract
4 C. Almond flour
4 TBSP all natural peanut butter
1 cup vanilla protein powder
2 cups dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
1. Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla extract in blender until creamy.
2. Transfer to large mixing bowl and stir in almond flower, protein powder and peanut butter
3. Gently fold in chocolate chips
4. Scoop with cookie scoop onto parchment paper and chill 1 hour
