As you balance in that “V” shape, think about how God calls us to be strong and steady in Him. “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit?” (1 Corinthians 6:19). Every breath, every second you hold, is a way of honoring the body He has given you.

It may feel tough, but stay focused—your strength comes not just from your muscles, but from the Lord who equips you. 💪
