Simple and Healthy E4M 4th of July Cookie Cake
EASY AND HEALTHY E4M COOKIE CAKE
This patriotic cake is so easy to make and healthy too. It is the perfect dish for your next July 4th picnic, or family grill out!
Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/3 cup cane sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons canola oil or melted coconut oil
6 tablespoons vanilla almond milk
1/6oz container vanilla Greek yogurt
Assorted berries, for garnish
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Whisk together the flour, oats, cane sugar, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl.
Add canola oil and almond milk, stir until a dough forms. Pat the dough into a greased, cookie sheet
Bake for 25 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. Cool.
Spread the Greek yogurt evenly over the cake and top with berries in the pattern of a flag.
