Won't He Do It

“God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. 
Has He said, and will He not do? 
Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?"  
Numbers 23:19

O.K. who needs a pep talk today?  For me, the answer to that question would be a resounding "YES" on most days.  Interestingly, I find myself looking to others to pull me up out of the pit I'm in, encourage and even motivate me.  Friend, the above verse alone should be reason enough to find the motivation to fight and persevere throughout each and every day.  I once learned that when God gives you a revelation, it is for you first and foremost, and then for others!  So, that revelation that you had to try this weight loss thing one more time?  God was behind it, and He will do it!  There is no place in the Bible that I can find where it says that God won't finish what He started in us.  
It is us who gives up.  
Can I encourage you today to start fresh?  Say a prayer, cry out to God, get a plan in place, because you serve a Mighty God with no limits!  Sweet friend, "Won't He do it?"

Let's Pray.
Dear God,
What a precious reminder.  The revelations You have given me about my journey, they are so personal to me. You have come so that I might have life, and have it more abundantly.  Lord, today I recommit my journey to You, seeking my "pep talks" from Word.  Lord, I live today and everyday knowing You will make good on the promises You made to me regarding my health and wellness. And I am committed to You too!
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ I pray,
Amen

The longevity of your life

 If so, know this.  That nudging was also a request to walk alongside you on this journey.  God is able to do what He said He would do!  He is going to fulfill those promises!  
Won't He do it!
