I Had A Revelation

"For I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it,
 but it came through the revelation of Jesus Christ."
Galatians 1:12

Did you know that lasting wellness is not a result of increased motivation, willpower, or determination?   Please don't let that upset you.  That, my friend is very good news!  You see, we all start there.  And at the beginning of our journeys we are full of it.  Highly motivated, and determined. Our willpower at it's peak!  We are finally ready to lose weight, get healthy, and take care of these 'temples' once and for all.  Yet, there comes a day when the motivation fades, and the determination is no longer there. Willpower, what's that?
That's when God steps in.
 As you call on Him early in your journey when you are motivated, and tell Him you realize that He, and He alone can carry you through to success, you give Him the open invitation to step in when you no longer care about journaling, drinking water, or eating healthy.  
His supernatural power steps in and changes you!  Be blessed today!  You don't have to rely on your willpower or meal plan.  You will have lasting success because you received a revelation from the Lord!

Let's pray.  
Dear God,
Thank you for this wonderful revelation.  I know it is the missing link in my journey.  Today, I am committed to relying on You throughout my day.  Calling on Your name to save me, and remove temptations that my flesh cannot overcome.  I am grateful for you God, and grateful for this beautiful revelation!

Get these revelations in your heart today.  God will carry you through every struggle you have, including those related to weight loss and wellness as you meditate on these verses!  

Isaiah 40:11 - He will feed His flock like a shepherd; He will gather the lambs with His arm,
And carry them in His bosom, and gently lead those who are with young."

Isaiah 63:9 - "In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them. In his love and in his pity he redeemed them. He bore them, and carried them all the days of old."

Deuteronomy 1:31 - "And in the wilderness where you saw how the Lord your God carried you, as a man carries his son, in all the way that you went until you came to this place."
